The SPN series planetary reducer adopts two structural forms: coaxial and angular with 1-4 stages of transmission. The box is made of high load-bearing ductile iron, and the sun gear and planetary gear are in straight tooth meshing.The gears and bevel gears process with hardening treatment,shaping and grinding. The inner gear ring is mainly subjected to high-temperature quenching and tempering. Gear teeth are designed for an infinite fatigue life based on a given torque.
